About This Policy
This policy describes how Three Ridges Events, LLC ("we," "us," or
"our") collects, uses, stores, and protects location data and personal
information in connection with your visit to the Three Ridges Events, LLC
in Hinsdale, New Hampshire. This policy supplements our
general Privacy Policy and applies specifically to data collected
during on-site visits.


The Safety Device
All participants are required to carry a park-issued safety device
while on our property. This device records your location at regular
intervals during your visit. The device is issued at check-in and
returned at the time you exit the park.

Location data is only collected while you are on our property.
No data is collected before your arrival or after the device is
returned. The device does not make outbound cellular connections —
it operates on a private, closed radio network that exists solely
within the park.

This requirement is a condition of entry and a requirement of our
liability insurance coverage. It exists to keep you safe: our terrain
is extreme, cellular service is not available on-site, and in the
event of an emergency, your location data allows our staff to find
and assist you quickly.


What We Collect
During your visit, we collect and store the following:

- Your first name and last initial, as provided on your liability waiver
- Your email address, used to send your post-visit trip summary
- Your on-property location data, recorded at regular intervals
  throughout your visit
- Date, approximate duration, and areas of the park visited
- Additional data necessary to support specific events or services How We Use Your Data We use your data only for the following purposes: - Real-time safety monitoring during your visit - Displaying your vehicle's position on our guest-facing park map (first name and last initial only — no full names on the public map) - Generating and emailing you a personalized trip summary map at the end of your visit - Recording your visit history for our annual guest recognition program - Meeting our liability insurance carrier's safety monitoring requirements
- We may also use your data for other purposes necessary to operate our park safely and in accordance with applicable law. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described above (for example, sending your trip summary email via a third-party email service). Data Retention Your location data and visit records are retained for up to 36 months. After that period, location data is permanently deleted. Basic visit records (date and duration) may be retained longer for program administration purposes. Your Rights You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@threeridgesevents.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include your full name and the approximate dates of your visits. We will respond within 30 days. Please note: a deletion request applies to historical data only. The location data requirement remains a condition of entry for all future visits. If you do not wish to carry the safety device during a future visit, you will not be permitted to enter the park on that date.
