1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any facilities, trails, campsites, event spaces, online services, maps, or digital information provided by Three Ridges Events, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“User,” “you,” or “visitor”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our facilities or services.
2. General Use of Facilities
You understand and acknowledge that:

Off-road activities, outdoor recreation, and camping involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, wildlife encounters, changing environmental conditions, and unpredictable terrain.

You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

You must follow all posted signs, staff instructions, and safety guidelines.
3. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate, current, and reliable information across our website, mobile tools, printed materials, and on-property signage. However:

Information may contain errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies.

Conditions in an outdoor environment change rapidly and may not be reflected in our published materials or digital systems.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, suitability, and safety of any information before relying on it. This includes trail conditions, campground availability, event schedules, navigation routes, weather updates, and any other operational data.
4. Online Maps, GPS Data & Digital Tools
Our online maps, real-time tracking tools, and GPS-based systems are offered for convenience only.
You acknowledge that:

Maps and digital data are subject to frequent changes.

Trail routes, closures, hazards, difficulty ratings, or conditions may be updated without notice.

Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable due to network issues, weather, equipment failure, or other limitations.

Digital tools must not be relied upon as your sole source of navigation or safety information.
You agree to use proper judgment, carry reliable offline navigation tools, and confirm conditions independently.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Enter restricted areas or closed trails.

Drive recklessly or violate posted rules.

Damage natural resources, wildlife habitats, or Company property.

Engage in unlawful activity while on Company property.
Violation of these rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.
6. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under New Hampshire law, you agree that:

You assume all risks associated with off-road activities, camping, events, or use of Company property.

The Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, lost items, or other harm resulting from your access or use of our facilities.
New Hampshire Law Notice
New Hampshire generally enforces liability waivers only when they are clear, specific, and unambiguous. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge having been notified of risks inherent to all activities on the property.
Nothing in these Terms waives liability for conduct that NH law does not permit to be waived (e.g., reckless or intentional misconduct by the Company).
7. Fees, Tickets & Reservations
All fees, permits, passes, reservations, and event tickets are:

Final once issued,

Non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and

Subject to availability and change without notice.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website and systems may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, policies, content, or practices of any third-party tools or providers.
