Refund policy

Trail Passes

  • For cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance, you may choose:
    • A 100% credit toward a future visit, or
    • A refund, minus a 10% processing fee
  • For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, no refunds or credits will be issued.
  • If your vehicle is determined by park staff to not meet the minimum requirements for trail access, no refund will be issued.

Camping

  • For cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance, you may choose:
    • A 100% credit toward a future stay, or
    • A refund, minus a 10% processing fee
  • For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Memberships

All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. A Three Ridges Events membership is active immediately upon purchase and provides access to member benefits including discounted park passes, member-only events, and a complimentary member-only weekend. Because these benefits are available from the moment of purchase, no refunds can be issued regardless of whether individual benefits have been used.

If you believe there has been an error with your membership purchase, please contact us at info@ThreeRidgesEvents.com or (866) 367-0685 within 48 hours and we will make it right.


Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Gift cards may be used toward any eligible purchase at Three Ridges Events, including trail passes, camping reservations, and TRE Gear, subject to the terms of each product.


Applicable to All Products and Services

  • If you are asked to leave the park by staff for any reason, no refund will be issued for any product or service.
  • For Private Events, please refer to the refund terms outlined in your event contract.

Refund & Return Policy — TRE Gear (Apparel, Hats, Stickers, and Other Online Products)

 

All Sales Are Final

TRE Gear products are made to order through a print-on-demand production process. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we have no ability to restock, resell, or recover costs once production has begun. Please review your order carefully — including size, style, and shipping address — before completing your purchase.

 

Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be possible if your order has not yet entered production. Most orders enter production within 24 hours of purchase, after which cancellation is no longer available.

To request a cancellation, email info@ThreeRidgesEvents.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email address used to place the order
  4. Your cancellation request

We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible based on production status at the time of your request.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, we will make it right. Please email info@ThreeRidgesEvents.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email address used to place the order
  4. A description of the issue
  5. A photograph clearly showing the defect or error, ideally taken on a flat surface with the tag and the affected area visible

We will review your submission and work with you on a resolution. Please note that this exception applies only to items with a verifiable production or fulfillment error — it does not apply to sizing or style choices made at the time of purchase.

 

Production & Shipping

How long does production take? Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be produced and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. During high-volume periods such as product launches and the holiday season, production times may extend beyond this window. We will always work to get your order out as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee shipment within 10 business days during peak periods.

Note: Selecting expedited shipping does not shorten the production timeline — it only affects transit time once the order has shipped.

 

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary by product and are based on item weight. Applicable costs will be displayed at checkout.

 

Tracking your order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Domestic orders are most commonly shipped via USPS. If you cannot locate your order confirmation or tracking email, check your spam folder or any alternate email addresses, then contact us at info@ThreeRidgesEvents.com with your name, order number, and the email used at checkout.

 

Updating your shipping address Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet shipped. To request a change, email info@ThreeRidgesEvents.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email address used to place the order
  4. Your updated shipping address

We will confirm whether the change can be made.

 

If your address was entered incorrectly If an order is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an invalid or undeliverable address, we will notify you and ask that you cover the cost of reshipping to the corrected address.

 

Package marked as delivered but not received If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please first contact your local post office. Packages are sometimes scanned as delivered one to two days before they physically arrive. If your package does not arrive within two business days of the delivery scan, contact us at info@ThreeRidgesEvents.com and we will assist you.
